    Hi laydeeluvcme,
The first thing you need to do is go to this link READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
    Follow all PP's instructions. Exactly.
Once you have completed all his steps then reboot the computer and run a new HJT scan and post the log here.

Just wanted to be sure you had done all the cleaning possible. Will have a look at the log and get back with you tomorrow.

    Please download Ewido
DoubleClick the Ewido Icon on your desktop and allow it to update to the latest malware definitions (Click Update > Start Update).
    Don't run the program yet.

Please move HiJackThis to IT'S OWN folder. Do not run it from the deaktop.
Click START > My Computer > Local Disc C: > Program Files
Now, RightClick on an Empty Area and select New > Folder & name it HijackThis and Click ENTER.
HJT must be run from it's own folder so that it can make backups in case fixes need to be "undone".

Next I want you to download the 2 week Free trial of Spysweeper
Once you click on that link you will be taken to a new page. The download link is in the very top post and clearly states Spysweeper v.5 free trial. That is the one I want you to use.
    * Click Download Now to download the program.
    * Install it. Once the program is installed, it will open.
    * It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
    * Once the definitions are installed, close the program.
Update your anti-virus program, but don't scan yet. Once the update has completed then close the program.

    Then Reboot to Safe Mode
Run a FULL SYSTEM scan with your anti-virus program and have it fix all that is found.

OPEN EWIDO and click Scanner > Complete System Scan.
Allow it to fix what it finds and click on Save Report. Save the log to where it can be easily found and please attach it along with your HijackThis log when you post back.

    Open Spysweeper.

    * click Options on the left side.
    * Click the Sweep Options tab.
    * Under What to Sweep please put a check next to the following:
    o Sweep Memory
    o Sweep Registry
    o Sweep Cookies
    o Sweep All User Accounts
    o Enable Direct Disk Sweeping
o Sweep Contents of Compressed Files
    o Sweep for Rootkits
o Please UNCHECK Do not Sweep System Restore Folder.
    * Click Sweep Now on the left side.
    * Click the Start button.
    * When it's done scanning, click the Next button.
    * Make sure everything has a check next to it, then click the Next button.
    * It will remove all of the items found.
    * Click Session Log in the upper right corner, copy everything in that window.
    * Click the Summary tab and click Finish.

    Reboot to normal mode.
Run a new HJT scan, save the log and post that log, along with the logs from both Ewido and Spysweeper here.
