OnStartUP - Usenet starting

[pcbutts1]

Those are both "Run Once" keys meaning they should run only once during the
next reboot. That is not happening here so the keys may be corrupted. They
may be trying to start but can't for some reason. It will not disable AVP.

Then stop playing around, download it, update it, run it in safe mode,
and your machine will be as clean as you can get it without wiping it.
