HighJackThis - Does it Still

Hello,

I am completely new to this group.

My question is, "Does HighJackThis still find 'most all' preditorial scabs
like parasites and data miners, etc.?

Are there other programs that are needed also to check for a clean box?

And where would be a good place to post a log file to see if there could
possibly a reason that sometime my machine(s) slow and others they seem to
be right on?

Yes, HiJackThis is still around. There's a new version, see the thread
that started 7/6.

Why not read the directions and post the logs where the directions tell
you to post them. Why not post the logs where the site you downloaded it
from tell you to post them.

Usenet is not the place to post them, it screws up searches for malware
solutions when you post them to any Usenet group. Butthead knows this
and will just post your log to one of the proper forums and then give
you their response and take credit for it.

Read the instructions if you want to know where to post the logs, or you
could google for hundreds of links to where to properly post the log.
