    Couldn't find it but, managed to locate http://www.hijackthis.de. This will
    do for now.

    As it turns out, I was wrong. I went back and looked in the FAQ and
    couldn't find them. They may be there and I missed them. They're not
    automated, anyway. They're forums where others are always willing to
    weigh in on your problems. I did find this list in a post by the
    illustrious and intelligent David H. Lipman:

    Thank you. All of the above are places I would approach if there was a
    problem. There isn't.

    As per my initial question, I was looking for on-line submission. I know
    these are not as reliable as forums but, they do help with basic advice on
    what should be there; which start-ups are killable; and those that might
    require investigation. This gives me enough information to complete an
    ignore list so the HijackThis result is quicker to read after a run.
