Iv'e downloaded both Smitrem & Roguescanfix, but every time i double click RogueScan it doesn't come up, nor does it come up directly after installing it. I get a very short egg timer next to my arrow then nothing happens.

I did try to start it up in safe mode & it worked, though i didn't run it as it said i need a full working internet connection. Should i proceed on to smitrem or is there a way to get roguescan workin on normal boot up?
