Another win-spy question

With your help, my friend thinks that she has removed WinSpy, but she saw
another reference to it in her computer.Is there some way that the "friend"
could reinstall it remotely from his home 150 miles away? and how shall she
find and eliminate all references to it. I suggested that she run the
program you gave me a few days ago. Any other suggestions??
