Although I regularly run an up-to-date anti-virus program (AVG), and a Spyware
removal program (Spybot Search and Destroy), I have Popup ads popping up in
Internet Explorer, when I'm using the internet in a different browser, usually
Opera!

I tried adjusting the settings in Internet Explorer to block all cookies, and it
immediately resets itself to "accept all cookies"!

Since I have three other Internet browsers installed, I thought it would be a
good idea to just delete Internet Explorer. Guess what? It won't stay deleted!
It just re-appears again immediately after being deleted!

For what it's worth, I have Version 6 and Windows 2000. I am aware that Internet
Explorer has a Version 7, but that version is not compatible with Windows 2000.

Does this Internet Explorer problem have anything to do with the 5eplorer file I
described in my previous post?
