Please if you are an apprentice geek do not mess with the settings in services.msc or gpedit.msc, etc.

You also can make nice hokey shortcuts for your desktop or you can pin them to the start menu (I create a device manager shortcut as soon as I install Windows and pin it to the start menu for ease of access)
right click on desktop/select "new"/shortcut/type in location of program, etc./devmgmt.msc/name it "Device Mangler" or whatever/done
