After wasting my time for weeks, just found out today that you need to right
click on CCleaner and select run-as-administrator in order to check the
whole drive.
Otherwise, only the section you are logged on to is checked and most of the
problems are not fixed, due to lack of Admin. rights. You can check this by
running analyze a second time and see most of the same problems are still
there.
On the assumption that I am not the only idiot in the world, maybe this will
help someone.
