I don't think you'll find anyone who agrees with you on that point. Max
and Leythos are fully aware of the reason alt.privacy.spyware exists.
People sometimes have issues with spyware, and sometimes with viruses.
Your stolen batch file doesn't really help the situation. You rely on
filenames.

The tool isn't yours! You stole it, edited it (screwed itup in the
process, because your not actually a programmer and you really dont
understand logical processes.), and it doesn't work as often as you wish
it did, because it relies on filenames as it's source of identification.
It's a bunch of if file exists by this name in this folder, than delete
it. No effort whatsoever is made to verify the file really is malicious,
and not a case of mistaken identity.

True, I'd agree many probably are infected by so called porn sites;
however, the laws do still care about porn and minor children's access to
it. Especially in this day and age of online net child abuse...
