actually a picture of me, so I can't go after him for it as far as
dmca violation is concerned. However, you again demonstrate your

Oh, 4Q in response to the email giving you permission, as of the date
of the email you did have permission, and I've since revoked it, hence
the dmca violation I sent your hosting provider. Do you think pavlov
is stupid enough not to realize, I can at any time revoke yours or
anyone elses permission to host/duplicate anything I own?

Now, you are free to claim you disabled your site because you wanted
too. It's way beyond proving credibility with either of you now. I've
