LOL - all the sites were down, as listed below, yesterday and have been
down since the complaints - Keep them up as long as you can, I'll file
another complaint, as will many others I'm sure, and see what happens
after you have repeated violations.

Bet you don't have the balls to put Dustin's image back online - or was

And you still don't understand, not at all. I can't file a DMCA
complaint myself - you've not taken anything of mine and since I'm not
the author of the porn you pirated I can't file a DMCA complaint about
it either. My only complaint, the only one I can file, is the PORN
violations, and filing them with your Hosting provider has worked, as is
shown by you being forced to remove them - and that you won't leave them
back online for long enough for the hosting provider to catch you
abusing their terms again.

So, start thinking, since you didn't above, and you'll either make some
fake claim that you "troll proofed" them or tell the truth that your
hosting provide MADE YOU TAKE THEM DOWN.

There ya go, in plain text even. You will remove the offending content,
or they will remove your site. you did remove the offending content.
After 4Q encouraged you to link from his site, I had his copy removed as
well; If he fights again, his site goes next.

You did not file a counter dmca notice, hence the reason you disabled the
content. Had you of filed a counter dmca notice, We'd be going to court.

Hehehe. If he does, the site will be down permantely. His hosting
provider has been in contact with not only myself, but his sheriff's
dept, and my lawyer, as well as the fbi internet crimes division. He's
probably going to be in enough crap soon for the pornography. His
hosting provider isn't going to be doing too swift either, I'm told.

Your hosting provider isn't going to be able to hide under the safe
harbour laws either. if you were going to place the picture back online,
You would have filed a counter dmca notice. You did not do so. I've been
in touch with your hosting providers legal dept. your url comes back, you
and them are going to meet me in court, at your expense. Yes, ****head, I
can force you to come here where I live OR get an automatic and
enforcable decision against you.

Your hosting provider knowingly broke laws concerning pornography and
child access to it. They are aware of this now, and I will press the
issue if you want to keep playing with me.

Your quick to forget, We know who you are, we know where you live and we
know who your employer is, You foolishly allowed me to confirm the home
number and work number belong to you. Your threats of turning me into the
fbi for calling a helpdesk were amusing. I can call you at home and at

His hosting provider made him take them down. It might have had something
to do with a conference call between his hosting provider, my lawyer, and
the fbi. I don't play games guys.
