don't have permission to host it either. If he brings the site up with a
valid link from your hosting provider, both your hosting provider,
himself, and his hosting provider will be having a discussion with my
lawyer; AFTER i contact the fbi.

Yep. In violation of various laws in the united states, where he lives as
does his hosting provider. A call has already been placed to his employer,
his sheriff's department (they have had previous complaints on him), and
the internet crimes division. I think I'll see what the DoJ has to say
about his hosting provider knowingly breaking the law.
