FireWall, only you touch your OS, passwords, never let anybody plug in
a USB Pen Drive into your computer (autorun.ini)
Your modem lights are the best way to see if anything is going out
that shouldn't.
I have nothing that updates, other than NOD32 and it ask if it can
call out.
I've had 2 worms in my time and both I've caught by the modem lights.
Even if this DIRT is a rootkit, modem lights will show it's activity.
