Yes it is. I have had it recommended to me and found it to be an excellent
registry cleaner. I had some trouble with it to begin with (entirely my own
fault) and the company refunded my money immediately, and came up with
advice and help. I now have it again and am a satisfied customer. No other
    relationship..

The issue here is not the RegCure software developers. The problem is psuedo websites. That is, fraudulent websites that are counterfeits of the actual sites. Most of these sites are being propagated by Russian organized crime. The Russian government says they're cracking down on it. Personally I doubt it. They're probably even getting a kick out of it. After all, any country that would back and support a terrorist regime is frankly, not to be trusted. I am sorely disappointed in Google, who not only allows these sites to pass under their radar unchecked, but worse, allows them to continue to exist on their infamous search engine. It is truly sad to see such a wonderful thing as the internet being overrun by a bunch of lowlife hoodlums. I am certainly not one who is in favor of "big brother" watching over my shoulder, but unfortunately, it looks to be headed that way. Until then, I will be buying my software from retail stores. I hope you all do the same.

that is right, Regcure is a legitimate tool. This registry cleaner even surpasses other free tools you may find in the internet. And its free. This registry cleaner site offers a good review of this great software.

In the days of Windows 95 - 98, Microsoft had a registry cleaner pre-installed with the operating system.
But no longer - makes you wonder why.

Today with larger hard drives and space no longer a consideration,
cleaning the registry can and often does, cause more problems than they solve.

This is well worth a read.
Why not to use Registry Cleaners.
