and prove me wrong.

Why not put all of them back online and keep them there if I'm not telling
the truth?

Keep them there for the next two weeks, don't take them down, and I'll
file another complaint, as I'm sure others will, and lets see what

His host has two options - pull his account, not just the site, or have
legal complaint file with the LEO in the company location for failure to
have the material removed. The violation of US law is real and most ISP's
would rather cancel an account than deal with that.

He won't put the other pages back online, he knows what will happen if
they see that he's flaunting it and abusing their TOS/AUP.

Well then, you know what needs to be done.
Why stop at the links when the site itself placed the ISP in a legal
mess. Pursue the issue.
