    Are you really a loon?

I'm not speaking for David at all, just telling what I've been made aware
    of.

Also, what proof do you have the David has done anything?

Why dont you put your effort on something constructive by going after the
    resident software pirate?

Leythos, mate you let yourself down
with your scatty logic. Just a few posts
ago you claimed "You are a complete loon"
now you are asking if I am a loon?! Not
even a "complete loon". Meanwhile you
are dodging the real focus of this
thread which is to assertain if David
has spread malware to a R-E-A-L irresponsible
    loon, Dustin Cook.

I see, so you haven't been made 'aware'
of the situation relating to Dustin Cook
    braggarting about so called respected
    anti-malware spreading malicious code
his way and David Lipman's involvement?
    (question mark)

    >

Mate, wind your neck in for a minute
okay... I'm asking David Lipman if he
has spread malware to dustin Cook, I've
not accussed him. He can simply deny it
if he hasn't. It's the loony Cook that
    is running around claiming respected
    anti-malware people are slipping him
    malicious binaries.

You are talking about Butts yeah? Well
tell you what, let's see if this
mysterious company he alleges to sold
Spyerase to, materializes. What kind of
'fair' deadline shall we give him?
If the deadline expires and Butts is
still 'hot news' in this group, then we
    can start asking difficult questions,
and have some fun at his expense, sound
    okay to you?

Until you show me that Dustin is a crook I can't accept your ideas or your
methods. As best I can tell, Dustin is a stand-up person, repented for
anything he may have done, and has been absolved for his past issues.

I think you need to learn that people can change, read that as Grow Up,
and become responsible adults, it happens all the time.

That's funny. I'd suggest you do some googling of long ago posts in ACV,
    like "RAiD+ I hate people+January 1, 1999 to December 31, 2001", for
starters. Also for the same period "Dustin Cook + Graham Cluely". Maybe you
believe in sociopaths and liars redeeming themselves, like changing clothes.
Evidence abounds from numerous studies on criminal and deviant behavior to
suggest otherwise. Take this as constructive criticism, not a slag or a
    troll.

Having worked with LE for years, many, concerning internet/network related
crimes, I'm very aware of the types of people that can't be cured of their
mind-set, but, I've also seen many "hackers" change and remain good
people. I'm fully aware of Dustin's past, but I have not seen anything to
indicate that he's currently a problem. For 4Q to bring Davids name into
it is completely uncalled for and a sign that 4Q is not being honest and
is paraniod or out for blood rather than the truth.

Clearly, my comments had nothing to do with David, for whom I have the
highest regard. Without disclosing my personal working relationships or
educational background, I'd stake a paycheck or two or three that you're not
    on to guys like RAiD.

I think you misunderstand my statements - I never suggested anything from
you about David, sorry if you took it that way.

I've been working in the computer design and programming fields since the
late 70's, written more than my share of things that might be questioned
by some. Most of my work is in network security for Medical and Government
installations. I would say that while I don't know a significant amount
about RAID's actuall actions, what I've seen of the reformed person seems
    warrant a second chance.

As a side note, David is also held in higest regard by myself.

I'd be willing to state a months worth of pay that your definatly
mistaken when it comes to me. While I find your devils advocate comments
towards me somewhat amusing, you don't by any stretch of the imagination
know me. Why even pretend that you do?

You hit the nail on the head, leythos. 4Q is pissed off about some shell
accounts, nothing more, nothing less. If I had assisted him in his
request, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

As I wasn't interested in helping him, I've been the target of his
satire; well until he grows tired of me and finds another one...

You have to understand something rather important about 4Q, He's not av
and he's not VX. He's a somewhat neutral annoyance to both sides.

this isn't correct and therefore your

I'm more of a DXer than anything else
    I love processing information, especially
    technical computing matters and hacking
subjects. I'd love to collect more info
related to the "so called" good side of

proprietory and closed source (harder to
    aquire information).
