Block Browsing

Can I have some opinions on the easiest way to block internet browsing
without blocking anything else in a workgroup type network?

I'm working in a Dentist's office and his office girls have taken to
browsing while he is drilling.

k9 protection software is a simple programme which allows you to choose
which sites can be accessed, it is excellent... But, the free version is not
supposed to be used in a commerical environment.
