Licence agreement reader?

Hi all,
I recently saw some information regarding a piece of software that will
speed read a licence agreement prior to installing a piece of software &
highlight any words like, "by installing this software you agree to also
install SPYWARE" Can't remember the name of it. Can anyone help.
