    Probably because of dead-weight; he's exhausted from hauling his mother's
    bloated corpse in and out of bed, up and down the stairs, and holding it
    upright at the keyboard without letting it fall over in case it explodes
    cadaverine all over the walls. I know, it sounds implausible, but some
    delusions require physical manifestations to give them a veneer of reality.

    Come to think of it, that is very plausible for Dustfart. He writes in
    ****BASIC and claims to be an uberprogrammer.

    I've been asking for evidence to support this claim for sometime. Nobody
    can provide any. It simply, doesn't exist.
