spybot: blind!

using spybot S&D, having an extra USB hard drive, how can i "teach" to
Spybot to scan also that drive?

Is there also anything better, for free?

Make sure you are in advanced mode (mode/advanced), then choose
<Settings> from the left hand menu. Under settings choose
<Directories>, right-click under "download directory" and choose "add
a directory to list", then choose the drive letter for your USB drive.
Make sure that the "Check sub-directories of the above" box is also
checked.
