Now you have really piqued my curiosity...what report are you talking about? I get notices about new posts but have never been told about reported posts...

If you scroll back to where knight posted, his post doesn't really follow the discussion. I reported one of my posts that had some smilies attached and suggested we need to add a few of these to the standard smilie list.

OH don't worry. I've got it spent. I'm getting new rims for my truck (about $250ish), new speakers for the truck ($130), a Nintendo DS Lite Onyx (when they come out on the 13th - $130)...then I'm going to save some money.

I see where you mean, I have received NO notices of reported posts. So this tells me that "my" super mod title is not the same as others.
