Is 4Q in violation of the terms of service for host.sk?

Perhaps I'll get off my lazy ass and send in a complaint as well as
dmca violation notice, My picture is copyrighted. and I did not
give you permission to modify any aspect of it.

Anyone else feeling harrassed? Seems his service provider doesn't
support his actions in this regard. Since your site does nothing but
harrass 3rd parties, you might have violated the terms of service and
your website can be shutdown this time, without having to DoS it.

He's tried this **** before. A few years
ago I ***** slapped the ****er around
and he went complaining like a whining
drongo to Rob Rosenberger. I hosted a
few webpages showing people what an
arsehole he was... As it happens
Rob was off to Iraq to do a tour of duty
and was closing Vmyths network down to
run at a bare minimum. So I removed my
site, but the silly little ****er thinks
he brought me to my knees with one
email to someone that hardly knows him
and couldn't give a toss for his childish
temper tantrums.
