OK, Off-topic, I need some help.

Mac OS X, Thunderbird- This never happened before until the week before
as well as today: the last part of the FAQ will not post/gets cut off.

Everything posts cleanly until Appendix 2. Do you suppose this is a news
agent issue, or an ISP/news provider issue? This is the same version of
Thunderbird I've used for the last few months.
