Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies

[X] Allow sites to set Cookies

Keep Cookies: [ ask me every time ]

Then when a cookie warning pops up for .. doubleclick, other ad sites,
regular cookies you don't want (which is most of them), click the Deny
and make sure the Don't Ask Me Again box is checked.

Those cookies won't ask again, unless you clear out all the blocked
domains in the above cookie manager.
