It's a tracking cookie. I wouldn't call it 'spyware', not in the true
sense of that word. If you are using a modern browser, why not just
block the cookie?

I read your disdain for Firefox in your other posting. It can easily
block any domain's cookies, with a simple click. Once. If you are using
an incapable browser, well ...
