Im in and out of my office so much, that I just leave mine on till it needs a reboot. I never really know when Im going back by the office or how long I will be in the office.

I'm not syaing they haven't made a buck or 2, but the OS is their biggest money maker, and a lot of people are waiting to buy their next machine for Vista.

they make a buttload from Office, but most of that comes from SA and Licensing Agreements

All the new laptops I have seen lately have teh windows Vista ready sticker on them...

I have a buddy running the beta on a virtual machine. Granted its a modern gaming machine, but it will still do it.

I'm willing to bet mine will run it too..I just may need a bit more memory...I don't think 1GB is enough....
