No...the terrorists and criminals part is not bollocks. Criminals have been
using the internet for years and terrorists only more recently. Just
because a terrorist may appear to be crazy, stupid, illiterate or
technically feeble, I can assure you that is not the case. Just as many
people now use the internet to steal, pass messages, make wire transfers or
do criminal things, one should never underestimate the enemy. Osama may
look like a fool wearing a turban and Al-Quida may look like idiots running
around shooting automatic weapons but the world has not heard the last from
them and the use of the internet to facilitate their fanaticism is a gift to
them.
