    public points, since Terrorists and Criminals use it to facilitate their
    crimes, what are you afraid of?

    If you are not doing anything illegal you don't have anything to worry

    Would you say that also applies to all those we are holding
    prisoners in various facilities throughout the world giving
    them no access to lawyers and due process?

    Would you say that those holding terrorists don't have to worry about the
