Also found a couple things related to autoplay that will block explorer from seeing the device as removeable media. It states that the device is recognized and installed but does not register, so no drive letter is assigned to the removable media. After re-installing your devices and drivers, try inserting your card, if it still doesn't show up in my computer, hit ctrl+alt+delete, log off, log on and check "my computer" for the device.
