scratch that last suggestion, all it does is allow/deny users to access managment tools for those devices, it doesn't actually stop the device from showing up in my computer. anyone know how to change the security properties of an item that is blocking all users "including administrators" from accessing the security settings? is there a registry setting I can change to re-allow permissions to the administrator account?
