It's just a download site with commentary. What I don't like about it is

A lot of the commentary was by newbies, of the "Gee whiz, wow!" variety.
I don't care for reviews by people who know less than I do.

Nor does it distinguish between pirated software and legitimate
software. Hiren's BootCD is put together with pirated software. To my
knowledge, the only legitimate generated Boot CD is Bart's PE.
