Wrong, everyone that has code you've pirated has asked you to stop.

    > He owns nothing and considering that spyerase is mine
    > nobody can tell me to stop.

Wrong, you don't own SE, you pirated the contents from others.

    > Lavasoft has said nothing Spybot has said
    > nothing. Sysinternals has said nothing, I even posted their emails as such
    > as proof but you trolls conveniently leave that out of your trolling.

Wrong, you've never posted anything from any of the above companies, but
    we and they have.

    > MS has
    > said nothing, Adobe has said nothing, EA has said nothing, Symantec has said
    > nothing, McAfee has said nothing, IBM has said nothing, Dell has said
    > nothing, Sony has said nothing, GRC has said nothing, Nobody has said
    > nothing but the real thieves and Trolls.

Wrong, again, everyone you've pirated code from, all of the vendors that
where you've hosted their products on your filthy site, have all asked
you to remove their applications and stop using their code.

    > Now are you going to sit there and
    > tell everybody that none of the names I mentioned has any power at all to
    > stop me if I was doing something illegal? Are you going to say that troll?

In many cases, as has been pointed out by your hosting company, only a
court can "force" you to stop, and you're not big enough to take their
time. The small people are the ones that will take you down, they have
    more at stake.

    > Why the hell do you think my ISP ignores your complaints? Because they
    > already have proof that they are false. Can you understand that DAVID LIPMAN
    > they ignore your emails and everyone else's.

No, as was stated by your ISP, and already posted, your ISP only
requires that you make a single statement "I dispute their claims" and
they step back, absolved, until a court action requires them to take
action - you know this, it's been stated by the hosting company,
    confirmed by the hosting company.

People, the small guys, are gathering your tracks, they are building
multiple DCMA Violation complaints to file in your ISP's city and with
your ISP, and your ISP/Hosting company won't be able to ignore an
official complaint - and you could be fined $150,000 for each
    infraction.

Your a liar as well as a code thief. Google has a nice history of threads
your involved in. Anybody, and I do mean anybody can lookup your history.

Spyerase is stolen code, period. You have been stealing it's routines
from others for some time now. You are not a programmer of any sort, your
an idiot to put it mildly. You don't even understand how the script
    works.

    > has said nothing, Nobody has said nothing but the real thieves and
    > Trolls. Now are you going to sit there and tell everybody that none of

Heh, the authors of the programs you host are the thieves now? Your a
riot. If it wasn't for the fact your so stupid even trying to pass off
their code as your own, but you actually think your going to be
    untouchable forever... Very stupid.

    > the names I mentioned has any power at all to stop me if I was doing
    > something illegal? Are you going to say that troll? Why the hell do
    > you think my ISP ignores your complaints? Because they already have

First of all, I don't think I've ever sent a complaint of any kind to
someones ISP. That's not dealing with them yourself. The ISP might have
become collateral damage in retaliation back in the old days, but that
was the price they paid for hosting idiots like yourself.

Second, Where the hell do you get off calling me a troll?

Third, Illegal is really a matter of getting caught. Nothing is really
illegal into someone makes an issue of it. From what I gather, your time
is going to come sooner rather than later... By the way PcButts, you made
one tiny mistake adding BugHunter to your program. Your defaming my name
and character by falsely claiming it's harmful. I have various 3rd party
independent sources who can backup my counter claim. I believe I will
look into the cost associated with legal means if you don't cease and
    desist falsely removing my program.

I suspect you may also be in violation of business practices, as your
willingly removing another persons antimalware product, one which could
be considered a competitor. You've also threatened to add
Superantispyware to your program for deletion as well, One might consider
that illegal and borderline blackmail due to the conditions you placed
for it to remain off of your programs radar.

Your also denying any user who installs your stolen hosts file legitimate
access to my website, I suspect I can sue for this as well.

I'm going to check into it and get back to you. Based on the work of the
others, Christopher, you and I might actually be exchanging legal
documents soon. There are reasons I went legal my friend...

I don't know Nick Skrepetos but I'll wager that his lawyer sent you a cease and
desist order and you wimped out.

We don't see you hosting Ad-aware SE and the Lavasoft definition files
anymore. This was discussed in a Lavasoft support forum and a Lavasoft
representative {Helander ? } indicated that you were sent a letter to stop
hosting their software and you did. And all along you said you were a partnet
    and legal mirror. { laughing heavily }

You're just an Internet bully and when backed into a corner will cry like a 3
    yr old baby.

Come on Christopher Butts, I have "...reverse engineered, decompiled, or
    disassembled..."
SpyErase and I have lent it to others. I emphatically state you are NOT the
orginal author and that you have indeed plagiarized the MVP Hosts file and
Roguefix to create v10 of Spyerase.

Now come and get me. Sue me you b@stard !
    In your own words...
"...are you that broke that you can't afford 50 dollars to file a
    lawsuit?"

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PCBUTTS1 SOFTWARE

This Software License Agreement ("SLA") is a legal agreement between
you (either an individual or a single entity) and PCBUTTS1 for the
PCBUTTS1 software product identified above, which includes computer
software and may include associated media, printed materials, and
"online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By
installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree
to be bound by the terms of this SLA. If you do not agree to the terms
of this SLA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may,
however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.

    SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and

Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a network server,
used only to install or run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your other

dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on different
    computers.

License Pack. If you have acquired this SLA in a PCBUTTS1
License Pack, you may make the number of additional copies of the
computer software portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT accordingly to the
number of licenses acquired (stated in receipt), and you may use each
copy in the manner specified above. You are also entitled to make a
corresponding number of secondary copies for portable computer use as
    specified above.

Demo. If you have acquired this SLA with PCBUTTS1 SOFTWARE
PRODUCT labeled as demo version of another PCBUTTS1 SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, you are granted unlimited number of SLA's, and you may use
unlimited number of copies in the manner specified above.

Support Services. PCBUTTS1 may provide you with support
services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Support Services"). Use of
Support Services is governed by the PCBUTTS1 policies and programs
described in "online" documentation, and/or in other Concept
Data-provided materials. Any supplemental software code provided to you
as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this SLA.
With respect to technical information you provide to PCBUTTS1 as
part of the Support Services, PCBUTTS1 may use such information for
its business purposes, including for product support and development.

attorney's fees and costs, against Licensor which arise out of your use
    of the Program.

must be properly licensed to use a product identified by PCBUTTS1
as being eligible for the upgrade in order to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements
the product that formed the basis for your eligibility for the upgrade.
You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the
terms of this SLA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component
of a package of software programs that you licensed as a single
product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part
of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more
    than one computer.

international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may install
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the
original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the
printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

6 DUAL-MEDIA SOFTWARE. You may receive the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in
more than one medium. Regardless of the type or size of medium you
receive, you may use only one medium that is appropriate for your
single computer. You may not use or install the other medium on another
computer. You may not loan, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the
other medium to another user, except as part of the permanent transfer
(as provided above) of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-
INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND THE PROVISION OF
OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PCBUTTS1 OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY

I won't nag you, I'm simply including a file that details the type of
person you are. Everytime somebody downloads BugHunter or even visits the
site, they're going to learn about you if they haven't already. This only
goes to further prove what people have been saying about you all along.

So to summarize Mr. Butts is a plagiarizer and a prevaricator. There is
no honor among thrives. The thing stolen was intellectual property.
"Reverse engineering" is a euphemism for stealing.

Tsk... Pc Butts, F-prot also considers the file bad. Want to email them so
    I can see for sure?

Considering the application has signatures for over 5,000 programs, it's
entirely possible for it to mistake an innocent file for a bad one.

False alarms are a part of life with signature based detection technology.
Of course I wouldn't expect you to know anything about this, since your
script doesn't make use of signatured detection.

As for false alarms, Pcbutts, you don't actually know first hand if it does
or not. If the original authors deliberatly sabotaged a version in the
hopes you'd steal it, you'd introduce whatever bugs and intentional
failures they installed. Why is this? Because spyerase isn't yours, and you
can't read code. be it script, assembly or another form of text.

F-prot considers it a zlob variant, BugHunter doesn't have an id string
for that record yet. You'd have to send me the file so I can see it. It's
apparently in the first signature file anyways...

Hmm... The JavaScript scanning routine usually doesn't have false alarms,
although it could be the wrong ID string for that hit. Once again, I'd
    need to see the file.

By the way, Not that this matters to a person who misleads people, steals
code, and deletes legitimate programs without warning his users he's
doing so, threatens to automatically delete other vendor(s) applications
if they don't keep quiet, but you do realize, the problems you've
reported are not "bugs" in the program? They might be false alarms, and
reside in the signature files, not in the executable.

    Please learn the difference.
