Which one is Best? Which one do I dump?

Can any of you experts help an old confused surfer please?
I have installed on my computer XofSpy - SpyBot S&D - Spyware Doctor -
AVG Anti-Spyware - Ad-Aware SE and I have also been recommended Windows
Defender.
I run them all from time to time and they usually come up with
something. Normally one hit.
Which ones would you keep and which would you ditch PLEASE?

All of them except Spybot S&D.
And add SuperAntispyware

That's just my opinion, of course. I'm sure there's plenty others... :-)
