The keyboard patch is to adapt the DOS-based software on this CD to non-US
layouts.

The CD consists of a hodgepodge of freeware, shareware, and pirated
commercial software assembled from multiple sources. Many people have
posted about successful use of parts of it, but since there is no
"official" distribution source, any download is at your own risk.
