    PROGRAM FOR NETWORK DRIVES

I am using Zone Alarm which can detect an Iomega Network Drive for
    anti-virus and spyware for scanning.
I am a home user. (Windows XP)
Is there an anti-spyware program to detect for spyware on a home network
    drive ?

Most anti-spyware programs allow you to choose additional drives to
scan. You will (in most cases) need to assign a drive letter to the
networked drive first. The caveat is that the remote registry will
not be scanned and if there is a detection you will not get a complete
clean of the spyware. If there is a detection you should run the
program on the networked computer to clean the registry.
