BugHunter v2.0 Build #2

This is a bugfix release of BugHunter v2.0; it corrects an issue introduced
since the initial release of v2.0 which disables command line support
and/or disables the ability for BugHunter to get it's ini file
configuration. Users running windows 98(se) would get an error similiar to
the following "Oops! BUGSIG 1 (or 2) is not available." and it would stop.

You might consider using 2.1 etc in the future to avoid confusion. Great
