how do i remove ad.doubleclick.net?

I use I.E. 6.0.
When I'm on the internet, the first time I click on a link,
instead of going to the webpage I'm looking for
I get to an ad.doubleclick.net page.
How do I fix that?

you can also add that address to your host file after you remove it from IE

127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.net
