    Considering that the government spies on pretty much everything you do,
    I have no respect for them when it comes to spying programs that they
    probably helped develop.

    I actually started a packet capture before I went to the site and
    continued it throughout the testing until I closed the browser. The
    result was that there was no unexplained connections during the entire
    visit to onguardonline.gov . The reason for the packet capture was to
    find out whether or not they kept track of right and wrong responses
    to the test, and *not* because I distrust the motives of the site
    operators. ;-)
