    OE to Outlook 2003 transition

I've encountered a few situations in Outlook that are different from OE that I'm trying to work around.

First, if I send emails Bcc: I was able to check in the Message Source dialog in OE by hitting Ctrl-F3 to see who was all included if I wanted to check back. There doesn't seem to be anything similar in Outlook that I can find. Is there?

Second, when I send an attached MS Word 2003 letter with an email in Outlook, the script is received with blue, highlighted and underlined insertions such as <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />
or <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /> annotations by the recipient. What do these mean or do and how can I get rid of them. I noticed when this message was previewed before sending, there are little "embarrassed" emoticoms being inserted for some of the "o's" that are not part of my message?
