folder. Seems to be completely OK, just unfortunately named.

Files in your Temp folder are not needed, Kat.
Assuming Windows XP, boot into Safe Mode;
http://************/5vbi
From a Run Box, type "%temp%" (no quotes) --> delete the /entire/
contents of the file. CTRL + A + D, if you like keyboard shortcuts.
Post back *if* the DLL reappears.
