Don't be concerned for now if those online scans will not run, sometimes they just don't. I really don't see anything in particular jumping out in your log. Are the freezing programs still happening? What programs are running when this happens? Does it happen both on and off line? How large is the hard drive? How much RAM is installed? Any new hardware installed? How about new software?
When did the freezing problem begin? Have you run diskcleanup, scandisk, defrag lately?
