after much thought,came up with this jewel:

Perhaps it is time to start over. Save all important files to removable
media. Write down all your mail settings. Make a copy of your
bookmarks. Be sure you have all drivers needed(video,network card,sound
etc.) on removable media. Buy a router. OK,here we go! Download any
security software you need and put it on disk. I use AntiVir and
SuperAntiSpyware as my main protection along with Firefox, Thunderbird,
Spybot, AdAware, Spywareblaster. Whew!
Now format and start over.
Don't want to do that? Go to my pages(see below) and try to clean up
your mess. It probably would be better because you might learn
something.
