Unhappy HJT - Help with tough malware

New to the forum. Apologies in advance for whatever I'm doing wrong already! I have had a really difficult to get rid of hijacker (or two). I think it might be affecting my XP backup utility (I can't run a backup). Here's a link to my most recent HJT log (great service that parser, too!). I hope someone can help me.

Let me know whatelse you need to know to help me sort this out. Thanks!

Hi Tom, glad to see you here. We actually prefer that you post the log itself, not the parsed log. Just save it as a text file and then either attach it to your post or copy/paste it into the post.
We really need some more information. Exactly WHAT hijackers, by name please, did you remove? What steps did you take to remove them? What programs have you run to help clean up the machine?
We always recommend that posters begin HERE
Follow ALL of the steps that PP recommends, including the online scans and the running of the anti-spy programs. Once you have completed all his steps then run a NEW HJT scan and post that new log, along with any logs he notes in his instructions. We will go from there.
    Judy
