err, the site IS a pest. Just look at this URL

which tells a lot about the intentions of the site owner.

The main problem is, that most of Latin America is simply incompetent
whenever it comes to the problem of removing malicious content or
stopping spam. I've tried numerous times to inform various providers
from Venezuela to Fireland that their customers are running infested
zombies as computers, sometimes there is no reply at all, and sometimes
I receive a bounce, even because the "postmaster" mail box is over
quota.

I assume that Stopbadware has tried to contact the hoster, without any
effect, so they resorted to this method, as everything else had failed.

This site requires a null entry in the DNS lists, only that there are
fake DNS servers out there, which will still point to the respective
IP.
