    The part where they have their servers: Seattle, Washington.

    I suspect that they picked Argentina for their domain registration
    because the .ar top-level domain does not have a registered WHOIS
    server, making it harder to find information on who owns a domain.

    Many countries will allow anyone, anywhere, to register domains under
    their top-level domain. Some even use this as a source of revenue, such
    as Tuvalu (they have the .tv domain).
