Maybe it's time to get your eyes checked. The correct selection to
remove the items is "Purge selected items" not "RECOVER...".

If you're *that* dissatisfied you should probably ask for your money
back and quit using the program. I, personally, have never had any
problems using SBS&D and think it's worth paying for... if it wasn't
already free.
