    | Thanks for your input. The file SuperAntispyware.exe cannot be
    | deleted, copied, name changed or altered in any way. I hope the Geek
    | Squad can delete it. If not a new HD is in order. I really regret
    | downloading this junk, spyware or trojan , what ever it really is. I
    | learned a lesson.

It is NOT junk, spyware or trojan. It is legitimate software.

It's junk if it won't run.

I think it is YOUR PC that has the problem. It runs on all the computers I have installed
    it on.

The ONLY problem I ever saw was a video display problem on a Dell notebook.

Runs here just fine and has for awhile...

My brother believed that computer ownership should be licensed.

I do not tend to actively 'sell' software to my customers, as most of the
best stuff out there is free anyway. Superantispyware though, is tempting. I
find that unless the updates and the daily scans are automated to start,
without user intervention, neither will get done by average users.

As a fire fighting tool, i have no doubt that superantispyware is an
excellent product, what experience do people have with its resident
scanning, and its reliability in regards to auto scanning system files??

A question for Nick, if we install the 'free trial professional' with the
fifteen day fully function, at the end of the fifteen days does the customer
have the option to move to the free version and the option to buy?? Or, is
it the option to buy and the option to uninstall?

superantispyware has shown itself to be quite a useful programme that is
light on resources, I did get a BSOD cycle once through its use, but to be
fair, that was probably more to do with the consequences of removing an
    infected file, rather then superantispyware.

Now now, don't discourage him. Sooner or later he'll hire someone to
fix it and then he'll have to pay... that stimulates the economy.

Of course, he might have a friend that can work on it, and after that
he will be stimulating the economy even more. I love cleaning up after
    "expert" friends.

    Re: really

I use it on my computer and never had a problem. It's definitely not junk.
I would guess that you have another problem(s) on your computer that's
causing this. Nick's offered to help...take him up on it.
