| BitDefender was turned off for the installation. Can not remember
| original message and I didn't take notes. I'm trying my best to rid my
| computer of this "program". If all else fails I'll remove the HD and
| take it to the Geeks for removal.

Based upon that response, please take your computer to a qualified, certified and reputable
service center. Have them clean you computer of malware and very the correct operation of
your computer and install anti virus and anti spyware software.
