    Gaz - at the end of the trial of the Professional they must either
    purchase or uninstall. If you install the Free Edition, it will work
    without expiring and the user can upgrade if they wish to have the
    real-time and scheduling options. It sounds like the Free Edition would
    be the way to go for your customers, and they can make the choice to
    upgrade the Free Edition if they so choose.

    Almost 100 percent, especially after all the calls I get from "friends"
    needing me to fix what they mess up and want to pay me with "dinner" if
    at all... And NOBODY RTFM anymore!

    Maybe there should be a mandatory class like is required in my state for
    a hunting license, "computer safety." <smile>
